New patch notes + unadvertised notes

Heard it comes out tonight for PC. I'm sure you've all seen some of the patch notes, but PS3 players noted this:

Some interesting ones:
-Can hear enemies shouting/reloading/moving
-Soflam/laser designator red light now visible from vehicles
-better in-vehicle spawns (you return to spawn screen if you miss out)
-few map tweaks (eg second ladder to balcony on Sharqi TV station)

Most importantly,
-jet cannon damage is noticeably reduced

important things i read
>silencer getting an accuracy nerf
>foregrip getting an accuracy nerf
>heavy barrel getting an accuracy & recoil buff
>flash suppressor getting a recoil & accuracy buff
>No more mav lifting
>Mortars can't be deployed from an area that is out of bounds to the other team
i think i came when i read those last two, almost made up for me dying inside a little when i read about jet cannon damage.
