Any previous experience?: Admined Multiple minecraft servers (american/ Australian), Call of Duty 4 servers and a Terraria server. I have also been an anti-cheat admin on a Gaming ladder. (http://www.esportmasters.com.au) it never actually got to be a decent ladder.

Q: A player joins the server and is repeatedly killing.
A: I would warn the player first, Then slap/ shock the player and if he continues i would kick him, if he returns and continues i would ban him.
Q: Another player starts griefing.
A: I would warn the player first, Then slap/ shock the player and if he continues i would kick him, if he returns and continues i would ban him.
Q: A player is being very abusive towards a specific player.
A: I would warn the player first, Then slap/ shock the player and if he continues i would kick him, if he returns and continues i would ban him.
