You all have seen the Physical Warfare Pack and may of noticed the Recon with a norinco sks 7.62x39 draganov......... well i just so happen to have one so feast your eyes on this.
It started out as a brand new full wood stock common old SKS..... then i put some upgrades on it. Wever base mount bolted to main action of rifle, Draganov Stock, Nylon Stop (stops the bolt from slamming back to hard and smashing the scoup with shock). i did have a flash cannon on it but just adds to weight and looked goofie. the mag is a 10shot speed loader meant to be only 7, it can have a 20 shot added to it (Chinese red army issue has the Red star on the side of it) or a 30 shot duckbull mag much like the AK but for a sks.
Why i got this and not a AK you may ask.... well the SKS is more stream line and good for prone movement where as the AK has a big arse banana mag that gets cough on everything.
when i move back home i think i will sell the SKS and buy a Ruger .223 the new model is VERY nice and is also cheap to run much like the SKS. i can get ammo for my SKS at about $7 NZ per 20 rounds .223 is about the same, but with a .223 you can do alot more and over all it is a better Rifle....for me that is.
