Why you you were banned / What happend:

Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server.

I have no reason why this occurred I had less kills than others in the server but I had a good score due to sniping the guys on the left mountain top.

Once they are spotted out I home in on them (Using my Logitech G5 Mouse on the slowest speed) keeping taking shots till I have the distance right and sooner or later I get the head shot these pay big points!!!

Thats why I do it.

I have been playing on your servers for quite sometime now without any troubles.

I never intended on upsetting anyone.

I'm sorry but it seems you have gone from having shit h/s ratio to getting hits from about 400-500m away. Also as my input into this investigation or whatever, I barely popped over the hill and you hit me. There was no way I could have been spotted when you did this as I had only just arrived at that position. However it seems that it was a bit odd that you missed about 5 shots on me before I killed you. So really I am accusing you of hacking but at the same time skeptical you weren't

I'm sorry to say, but your last 7 kills were all head shots, the last 2 headshots netted u something rediculous of around 1500 points in fast succession. Judging by your stats, you are not that good a player to pull that stuff out of your behind. A vent room full of witnesses all agreed, you were sus. At this stage, your unban request is denied.

So at what stage will my ban looked at again?

I feel that someone else whom killed me from long distances seemed suss but you don't see me jumping straight to false accusations!!!

I have done a lot of server admin stuff myself I feel very unfairly treated!!

So Kryptanyte your saying your skeptical that I wasn't hacking but you guys still go ahead and ban me??

Guys is this really worth me attempting to remove the ban be honest??

even with a clear line of sight, you won't be able to see the other guy without atleast a 7x scope

hey guys im sorry to rain on your soccer field but he isn't aim botting the hit box for head shots is stupid and what hacker would apply to be un-banned iv been playing sniper for a wile and the amount of head shots i get is stupid. also for a lvl 39 with a total accuracy of 13% hardly much of a effort. ya the pistol HS is BS but so is the random shot i let off last night into a tunnel hit a hummer full of guys and killed the lot.

Digit4l i dont know you at all but if you are hacking you have some balls trying to get unbanned. but if your not botting which i believe your not you have done the right thing by applying to be unbanned.

13% accuracy... doesnt seem like a hack tbh.


I would recommend unban, but keep a close eye (if still suspicious).



@ OP. We are a good clan, but we take a hard stance on hacking.

Its not always possible / easy to do a "innocent until proven guilty approach".



Slato & Holy are the main server admins so you will have to work something out with them.

Suggest un-ban and politely ask for a recording
This thread seems to be very negative when we should be inviting people away from the influence of hacking....yes it is an extremely annoying and unfair way to play, but there are those out there that think this is the way EVERYBODY plays.

Not really. If OP was hacking. He would just turn them off and then do a vid.
Let alone the hassle of making a vid, encoding & uploading. I doubt he could be bothered just for one server.

What it would prove is that if he scored the same headshots time after time, shot after shot, pulled of numerous 400+meter headshots consecutively, and produced the same kdr, then it would prove that he was not hacking and was so skilled.
And for you guys who are basing it on his accuracy that he doesn't hack, you consider that maybe he just recently acquired the hacks? You guys have no idea unless you were in the server at the time to feel the bs for yourselves, so its a bit rich to come on here and say " I don't think he hacks" purely on stats. The fact that he hasn't followed upon the request, leaves me thinking hes not game to produce a fraps recording.
Until i see proof of his head shot mastery, the ban stands.

I have to agree with holy. Only the admins who were there can make a judgement on his skills and the situation. It isn't hard to take a fraps recording (Record -> Upload). If he is that desperate for the ban to be lifted then he can take the time to provide evidence.

I hope someone took a PBSS. Even if it failed, I hope you went through the procedure!

PS: Make sure when you are issuing a perminant ban on a player that you include your name in the reason. Eg: Holy_Evangelist - The big guy upstairs said too ban you! (SlatoSniper)

Anyways: Only those who were on at the actual time know what happened. Yes his stats look legit but you can't base whether or not a person is hacking from stats every single time. What we have to do is trust in those who were there at the time; Holy was there and he is a very responsible admin. He wouldn't of banned him otherwise.

We shall have to wait and see what happens next...

Totally cool with whatever decision you guys make.


Understand that I myself will not overrule because there is fairly decent support for the ban to stay / hold for the minute.

However every clan member, including myself is entitled to an opinion (regardless if we were there or not). We might not be right, but at least the situation is getting opinions from all areas.





Still to rectify my point. A hacker would have to be a TITANIC noob to create & post a video trying to absolve him/her of hacking, when they have their hacks turned on.

They would certainly turn them off for the video.

TBH Finjonz is right you can tell from stats alone that he isnt a hacker his over all stats are average a hackers doesnt have average stats they have insane stats and they don't care if they get banned from a server they just move onto the next one. For all well know that 700m pistol shot could have been a fluke I mean Iv seen guys so random no scopes across the map just pure luck for all we know that could have been they case with his pistol took a random shot with pistol and got it
I know its annoying when people get crazy amount of head shots on you with the SR at long range but as vol said bit weird how he missed the first 5 shots and then got it on the 2nd, Any how thats just my opinion at the end of the day its up to the admins

Hmm. Its likely that you are right, however it would be unfair to overrule slato & holy because they were on at the time and they know more than we do.


It will be their decision.

They have offered a solution to the OP. Whether they come up with another negotiation or OP completes their request is up to the parties involved.
