    Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to revert this back to the default win7 looks, I've tried the 'restore defaults' on every option and it seems to have done nothing, would like to fix this without doing something drastic pl0x

    top right of the window, 2nd button left of the question mark with the drop down menu.

    not sure which one is the default for w7, just try all of them
