SGL (sydney gaming league) in March (30th) to April (1th) 2012

Gentelmenz, I was hoping to get some estimate numbers on people who would be attending the SGL (http://www.sgl.org.au/)

The SGL caters to a wide range of gamers,

SGL prides itself on catering for all types of people, whether you play Minecraft alone for fun, or in Australia’s top eSports team, your guaranteed to have a fun time. We usually have anywhere between 50 and over 100 competitions and challenges during the event, such as Battlefield 3 32v32, Minecraft design competition, League of Legends 5v5, Counter-Strike:Source Gungame, and the odds are, if you play it, we support it, and theres heaps of other gamers willing to play it with you or against you. On top of that, we give out $10 000′s of prizes and cash, to celebrate your skill and fun!

Note the battlefield 3 category, as afar as I know its only 32 v 32 (any information regarding these would be nice xoxo)

Joel, Holy and myself are attending, and i was just hoping to get an idea of numbers who could be attending, we could compete at the SGL for prizes (unknown again info kthx)

If you planning to attend please leave a reply, and what your planning on playing, because i know we are all not just FPS players.
Its held at Rose Hill Race course as far as I know, I've contacted them for info for people planning on staying from out of state and the entry fee,

y is it on friday, i have uni still. are u sure its not on that weekend??

And i will be keen for bf3, LoL, CoD, and pretty much anything else i own.

For all those SC2 players i will be doing coaching (platty) contact with me with what race you are and what you struggle with NO GG NO SKILL OUT

if it's a friday then i can make it, weekends not so much as i'll be working

correction, it is on the 30th march, to the 1st april.

they had the posters up when i went to the most recent one.

All sgl events are on the sat + sun.

I will be going and pre paying, i will be happy to book a tabkle for us and book seats when rego opens.

we need a min amount of numbers, - 4 players (min) For bf3
Preferably we want 8 players, considering the most recent one failed hard and barely even completed the 8v8 bf3 comp.

Edit* the 4v4 didnt happen + the 16v16 didnt happen and so on.

Put me down, i should be able to make it, if uni should get in the way, i believe holy forsaw that i would suffer from a case of 'I think i am really sick' disease. and would be unable to complete uni stuff.

If we can get a list for 8v8 BF3 would be great, 2.5k(ish) in prizes i think, everyone must be willing to stay, even if it means going beyond and above the call, like staying till 3am for your team

3am? hah! you gotta be kidding me,

starts at miday saturday and ends at 6pm sunday. most comps don't finish till about 3-4pm
