A friend of mine, has asked a question... under knowledge of when I was a server admin, I could not answer, for I had no clue. Does anyone here know how to turn of queuing features?

But queueing features is probably meaning players can queue when the server is full.
If he wants to get in if it's full, tell he will need to rent a reserved slot.

Ok, bout the forum... But with this certain server, you are able to disable queuing, that's what his asking about... It's his server btw, he already has admin (reserve) slot, etc.

No, it's something that is hard-coded into the game.
