Earliest and latest time you can scrim: depends on what day scrims are held but I will say anytime most Sundays as that seems to be the regular scrim night so far
Do you see yourself giving orders or receiving orders: either way really,

I am an Ex Soldier so used to taking orders but when i was younger I was the officer and gave orders so doesnt worry me.. I am also happy to give radio procedure guidelines if you want to be more military like,,

what can you bring to the team: team player happy to be involved in whatever cause needed.. Like Sirocco i dont care much about K/D ratio so happy to be sacrificial lamb if needed

Radio procedure makes sense only on low audio quality, half-duplex (limited to one person talking at a time) connections. Otherwise it is a waste of time. We are all sitting inside with microphones; distortion isn't an issue. Additionally, we are working in teams of no more than 16 people who we will be practicing with, so name confusing isn't an issue.

The one thing I would support is the use of the phonetic alphabet for objective names, as B and D are occasionally confused.

Edit: BTW individual vent channels can be set to queued voice mode, meaning that if person A is in the middle of talking, and person B says something, what person B said will be played only after person A is finished.

i was thinking more along the lines of what we are saying not how we say it.

ie less chatter, more useful information rather than

i didnt mean we should do everything miltary style just take the good bits.

as i mentioned before, do not say "what", use 'say again'
what... can sound like a random noise over mic, say again is unmistakable.

I thought it might be a good idea to start compiling a list of applicants to get an overall feel for the team.
