Cant wait, still anoyed that you cant fly it or use it as a spawn point, that would be sick. do some low passes and drop of tanks etc etc.

It is a spawn point.
There are 2 "mannable" guns in the ac130, plus one spawn point that automatically see you parachute out the back. This spawn point will always be available even if both gun spots are taken.
I heard this in an interview with a DICE dev at E3
