i remember at its peak it had 60thousand online and everyone was having fun then it started to die like 6months after that because of cod 4 i think.

I doubt it. I'm probably began to die once BC2 came out, or BC1 came out.
They moved to console to play BC1, then came back to PC to play BC2.

There is to my knowledge, only one Aus/nz server up and that belongs to xXx clan. They and [=V=] r the only people who play it. DKA cancelled their server. Shame coz I was 2 ranks away from brig gen

i remember i won a round well top scored just using the zeller sniper rifle such a great gun. i got 90kills /2deaths i hid behind them train things

Apocalypser told me last night that they are brining gib ranked back. Also there is going to be a sorta tournament between xXx BiC V and F5. so 2142 is still hanging on :S
