My current origin id is dancol11 however i have asked this to be changed to bent pinky, i downloaded origin a while ago and chose dancol11 not knowing that i couldn't change it later on, but have emailed EA to see if i can get it changed.

Are you guys going through origin support or straight to EA support?

maybe they're avoiding the flooding anger coming in

EA support because it is EA accounts that are transfered to origin NOT the other way around :3

how about filing it under a different issue then saying

"this is really about changing my origin name, i figured this would be
the only way to get your attention"

its been done for some people currently just it says on battlelog it
may take awhile for your origin name to change or even transfer over
during the open beta

kinda lost ya in that last paragraph
the origin and battlelog names are the same and so is the EA account name.
So what I'm trying to get them to do is change my EA name which will consequently change the Origin and Battlelog names.
The report has been filled but I get auto response error messages from them I sent one about the beta got a reply the net day -_- I just don't think they really want to aye.

I'm saying file the same issue under another subject to grab their attention.

yeah cheers that is what I've been doing. First was under Battlefield Authentication, second under battlefield origin last one was under EA account

more a case of you can't reuse your email and all of my bf games are reg'd to it.

OOPS, guilty of being off topic.

Just got an email from Ea support saying that they had changed my account to bent pinky i can confirm that my account has been changed only took a couple of days.Exocet to be able to change your id they say that your current origin id must contain the following
Your EA ID contains your first and last name
Your EA ID contains a phone number
Your EA ID contains a social security number or other government issued ID
my old id was made up of half my 1st name and surname so maybe the reason why they helped get it changed so quickly, i dont know if they will change an id for any other reason however i did write that as a game name dancol11 sucked

where was that was that just in the EA support part or a specific section?
