I was in the same boat a while ago and was looking for an 'unlimited' NZ ISP I ended up signing up to KTSA Internet which is reselling Orcon data I believe.

"El Supreme" is $75 and is completely unlimited with no throttling on the lines either. You can also ask for Static IPs if you need one.
And they offer $5 discounts for students,… because why not right?

Been relatively happy with them, speeds are comparable to Orcon's, usually get around ~650kB/s down.
One thing to note if you're into heavy downloading is that they have recently run into international data speed issues where my Usenet connection could only download at 150kB – 400 kB/s as opposed to the usual 650kB/s. I'm sure they'll resolve that soon though.

Anyway, just thought I'd chip in in case people are still looking at this thread.

Just thought I'd let everyone (after my initial recommendation of KTSA) that they're kinda dropping the ball at the moment with their international data speeds being absolutely shit (100-200 kB/s or roughly 1/6th of my usual speed) and it doesn't seem to get any better either… meh.

Anyway, its good to see more unlimited deals coming ashore.
