-We will be purchasing what many consider to be the "premium" of forum powered software. We will be purchasing Vbulletin. $195 USD.
-New forums will be more efficient, easier to use and more professional.
-Security will be enhanced (this sites security is very weak).
-Forums will load faster (server will be based in US as opposed to France)
-Forums will scale pictures correctly.
-IE will no longer suffer crashes when using the clan site (its a bug with this forum).
-Clan members / Council members, will no longer have to endure the endless ammount of spam auto generated by this forum.
How to help ?
-We will ONLY be taking money out of the clan fund WHICH people have SPECIFIED they are donating "x" ammount for the forum only.
Eg. (3 steps)
User donates $20.
User then needs to PM one of the council and say "I have donated $20 for the forums".
Council will note it in a thread in the council chamber.

We are planning to have 5 spots on the council.
Forums & Advertising = Crusader
Servers / Admins = Slato
Admins / Treasury = Holy
CR / PR / Competitive Gaming = *Likely secrets
Recruitment & Advertising = ????

SWstalker has opted for Recruitment & advertising position.
1) Does anyone oppose/challenge secrets on this position (if not, she gets all out win).
2) We need someone to be in charge of Recruitment & Advertising. Currently SWstalker has opted for the post. Does anyone oppose/challenge him on this position ?

Just to specify.....
-Council positions do not give power over people.
-Council positions are there for the purpose that someone(s) have to make a decision(s) on clan policy as well as keep the servers going, keep things maintained.
-Council members make decisions based on the opinion/wishes of the people in the clan.
-Admin / Council positions are a JOB. Its not free reign.
-Council and admin positions have players appointed to them by whoever people think, does the BEST job. Nothing else.
seems like a good move and the people named for the jobs are very good at what they do and easy to get along with.....just one question the money spent on the new site is that every year or more frequently
