Server Widget

@Crusader, Code for the new widget for the server

Also talking with the other Admins we all agree that ProCon would be a better tool for administering the server and I've already completed all that is needed for a change over to ProCon.

@Holy. I've implemented that Startup.txt file in Hypernia, works like a charm and has given no problems.

Server rules and a method of dealing with disruptive players.



Also who is the treasurer & who is paying for the servers ?

Finally Can you please make a guide in the server admins section on how to install & use procon ?

Its not me paying for it. Its everyone. Donations are linked to Holy's Paypal account which pays the bill.

I'll write up a guide and post it shortly.
