Keep us updated on early access times as I've heard the whole guild launch shenannigans gave priority to guilded guys.

So got info saying that there is a massive daisy chain for oceanic guilds on "The Harbinger" and "The Jekk'Jekk Tarr" servers, 497 and 694 oceanic players afflitated with their respective daisy chain. Is "The Swiftsure" in the same number of players?

edit* Supposely this is for PvE and the dasiy chain for both servers is going to be combined into 1, so 1191 or there abouts.

Sweet numbers should go up for both servers, was going to go where ever the other SoVs were going anyway, but good to see healthy server pops.

And it is a PvP server where are those two servers are PvE, So who doesn't love owning noobs?

The server cues that were there at launch have been pretty well fixed, no more 2000 person cues.

just fyi next month when the game is released in Aus and NZ there will be Server set up by then in Aus for Oceanic players.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but its been a setup from the word get go the servers will open next month then they will offer a $15 $20 $25 paid char transfer it just a means to make more money EA knew that Aus and NZ would get the game weather there was a red zone or not and where blizzard fail EA saw money to be made...... why didnt they ban Ip's for Red zones so when the servers opened instead of us putting up with high ping we would pay a char transfer for better ping's.

We can confirm that Star Wars: The Old Republic will be launching in Australia and New Zealand in the spring of 2012.

Right now we are targeting March 1st, but that could change as our number one priority is making sure that customers have a great service to play on.

For those of you who may have already imported the game, we will be investigating solutions to allow you to continue to play on a local server once they come online in March.

EDIT: As pointed out, southern hemisphere seasons are reversed! When we say 'Spring' you can substitute 'Q1/Q2 2012'. Apologies for that.

Pretty much they will likely be giving character transfers, (free or paid, unknown) but the release is in March most likely.

@TomAs a Council member in the, without trying to sound cocky, best oceanic SWTOR guild, I'm already used to being helpful, haha, within reason of course.

I'm always down for some group PvP or running through a flashpoint for someone, as long as I still get some time to level.
